Exclusive Art by Jean Garcia

Jean Garcia studied Fine Arts at the School of Fine Arts in Santa Marta, Colombia. From a young age, he showed a natural talent for drawing with pens. With over 20 years of experience working with inks and watercolors, Jean has continuously sought to blend classical academic art with advertising design.

His artistic journey has led him to explore various vintage themes, including cities, classic cars, historical moments, comic art, pin-up girls, cinema, motorcycles, the Wild West, iconic buildings, and marine landscapes. Through this relentless pursuit, he aims to showcase the magic and vibrant colors of the Caribbean in every piece.

A highlight of his career came in 2018 when he was selected from a global call for artists to create the monument "La Ventana al Mundo." This stunning glass structure features a timeline of the history of Barranquilla, capturing the essence of the city from its foundation to the present day.

Additionally, Jean's artistic contribution was selected for the Colombian Consulate in Orlando, FL, to honor the victims of the armed conflict. This large-format work is on permanent exhibition within their facilities, further solidifying his commitment to using art as a means of remembrance and healing. Jean’s work not only celebrates his artistic vision but also contributes significantly to his homeland, Colombia.
